How do hints work?
New players have three hints. When the balance reaches zero, you may choose to watch a rewarded ad; each completed ad adds three hint uses.
Why do I see ads?
The game may show banner ads, interstitial ads after eligible levels, and optional rewarded ads for hint credits. Consent and availability can vary by region and settings.
Why did progress disappear?
Progress is stored locally. Deleting or reinstalling the app can remove saved progress, settings and hint credits.
How do I report a problem?
Use the Feedback button in Settings to open this support page, then use the support contact shown on the App Store listing. Include your device model, iOS version, level number, what happened and a screenshot if possible.
How can I manage privacy?
Use iOS Settings to manage tracking permission. Where required, the app presents advertising-consent choices.
